TODD Architects London office was established in the1980’s.
In the early years the practice was at the forefront of the original urban regeneration of Clerkenwell, designing for example the much admired Woodbridge House for Mason Solicitors and indeed locating it’s offices to Britton Street.
Completed projects in the intervening years have ranged in nature, scale and complexity from reconfigurations of a Georgian terrace in Chelsea, to office developments around the M25 and masterplanning for the likes of Kingston University at their Kingston Hill Campus and Ashford and St.Peter’s Hospital in Kent.
The past few years saw us relocate our studio to Euston under the leadership of John Chapman, the former head of Kajima’s design unit.
Our current commission base includes a 200 bed apart hotel complex in Waterloo and a multi-storey mixed use development on the Edgware Road.
We can offer clients a service that uniquely combines a small, focussed and agile London team, with a resource base across the organisation that totals over fifty staff – being of a scale where the practice sits within the Architect’s Journals’ list of top100 architects in the UK.
We are equally adept, experienced and regarded in the design field, (most directly evidenced in the number of our completed buildings that have secured RIBA awards), as we are in delivery, where for example in London a number of our commissions have been successfully completed under a Design & Build procurement route (including reconfiguring sports facilities within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for contractor, H&J Martin).
We are committed to developing and expanding our office in London and continue to look for further opportunities to demonstrate the added benefit we consider we can bring to clients across both public and private sectors.
