Jonathan has over 15 years experience in the successful delivery of projects varying typology and complexity.
He presently leads and manages both the practice’s third level education and design delivery teams.
He combines strong design skills, evidenced in producing successful competition winning proposals and award winning schemes (including Queens University’s School of Management), with an acute appreciation of how buildings are put together and procured under differing routes
The latter experience has extended in recent years to include a specialisation in Modern Methods of Construction, where for example the £250m Goodluck Hope residential development he is looking after in London, is utilising an innovative precast structural walling system obviating the need for a frame, on buildings going up to over thirty storeys.
Jonathan’s Associate responsibilities extend to leading a group that examines how knowledge sharing across the practice might be improved.
Jonathan has a quiet yet authoritative management style, where he promotes the benefits of collaborative working, but will address non-performance if and when necessary.
