Shaun Hegarty

Shaun joined TODD ‘s in 2007, being promoted to an Associate in 2018.

Shaun has over 20 years experience in the profession and during his time with the practice he has largely split his time across the health and residential sectors.

In the former he has played a leading role in a number of the practice’s critically acclaimed Health and Wellbeing Centres in Belfast, whilst in the latter he specialises in the social / affordable sector, having successfully delivered schemes for all of the leading Housing Associations in the province.

This experience has provided him with an in-depth knowledge of requirements in respect of NHBC, Lifetime Homes and the Code for Sustainable Homes.

In recent years Shaun’s engagements in the residential sector have extended into the multi-unit mixed tenure market, where he is a key member of the team delivering the £250m Goodluck Hope contract in London for developer / contractor Ballymore.

Shaun is fastidious in his work, a characteristic that has been critical given the complexities involved with this particular commission that involves so many work strands.

Shaun also interestingly leads the practice’s involvement in the design of RNLI Lifeboat stations that are being rolled out across the UK & Ireland.
