01. Assess
– Review your current office layout
– Assess company COVID-19 Policies, ie: who can Return to work safely
– De-Densify your current office plan and provide the optimum desk occupancy
– Provide multiple solutions if possible

02. Plan
– Ensure 2m social distancing can be achieved and if not possible alternative solutions
– Staggering shift patterns / re-entry into and from the office

03. Coordinate
– Look at one-way circulation routes if possible or designated circulation routes to prevent high numbers of people circulating past each other

04. Adapt
– Review meeting spaces that will be at a reduced usage during this period and see how they can be reconfigured for working, sanitizing , training or internal meetings
– Review Social and Eating spaces for alternative use or de-densifying spaces to limit contact and adhere to social distancing
– Review areas for possible mud-room space and temperature checking stations

05. Direction
– Review floor marking solutions
– Wayfinding posters
– Wayfinding and sanitization area
