TODD Architects are delighted to be involved in working on the design of an unrivaled, visionary office scheme located in the heart of the city overlooking Belfast City Hall, working closely with Killultagh Estates & ARUP.
The Mercantile at 5 Donegall Square South will offer 73,000 sq ft of flexible Grade A office space over 8 floors, with rigorous attention given to a sustainable design meaning the building will be constructed to achieve an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating.
The new gateway scheme will also provide 10,000sq ft of flexible premier restaurant / leisure space at ground floor & lower ground level, and will offer excellent car parking and bicycle storage facilities.
The Mercantile was officially launched at MIPIM 2019 property investment conference in March and has since received Belfast City Council planning approval.
Target completion is set for the third quarter of 2020.
