For our growing practice in our studios in London, Belfast, Dublin, and Manchester we are looking for enthusiastic and talented Project Architects to join our team and work on a variety of exciting projects.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Exhibit excellent design skills coupled with and technical expertise across all aspects of a project
- Be Design Conscious and Commercially Aware
- Lead project teams in all aspects of design stages, with a focus on co-ordination with the team and of documentation
- Technical and construction
- Oversee a team to ensure integration of technical information and statutory requirements into project design and drawings
- Exhibit excellent graphic design ability and strong communication skills
- Administer project related information in line with the standards and procedures of the Practice
- Grow with us and the development of TODD Architects and our growing practice presence
- Promote the practice goals and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of our team
- Develop effective and clear dialogue with our own team members and external project partners
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent design skills to communicate proposals – both written and verbal
- Technical skills to develop design proposals, detail and specify
- CAD skills and ability to work in AutoCAD and Revit
- Understanding of CAD/BIM environment and implications on project running
- Communication skills with the team, client, and project stakeholders
- Ability to communicate internally with the wider studio and within project teams

Architectural Technologists

For our growing practice in our studios in London, Belfast, Dublin, and Manchester we are looking for enthusiastic and talented Architectural Technologists to join our team and work on a variety of exciting projects.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Working on the production of detailed technical drawing packages
- Strong CAD skills with Revit competence being highly desirable
- Understanding of CAD/BIM environment and implications on project running
- Specification writing and technical input on production
- Awareness of current statutory requirements and Building Regulations
- Taking a lead role of project delivery working independently and as part of a team on larger schemes
- Possessing skills to deliver the projects across residential, education, health, industrial and commercial sectors
- Working to keep projects on budget and schedule as part of a team
Skills and experience required:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
- Have experience in using Revit is highly desirable for this role (Revit competence will be part of the interview process)
- Ability to take a lead role in the management of projects and
- Have strong technical detailing abilities
- Be Design Conscious and Commercially Aware
- Experience in Specification Writing and Scheduling on projects
- Ability to write specifications is beneficial.
- An understanding of wider studio requirements and pressures and an attitude of flexibility and collaboration

TODD Architects are an AJ100 practice operating throughout the UK and Ireland, with studios in London, Belfast, Dublin and Manchester. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounting Technician to join the team.Role to assist in the data entry of financial information into the finance and MIS systems. Processing of such information and the maintenance and reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts. To assist the Finance Manger and Finance Director in the preparation of reports and maintenance of controls and procedures around sound financial governance.
The minimum education requirements are;
5 GCSE’s or equivalent at a minimum of Grade C (must include maths & English language)Desirable qualifications are;
Completion & qualification of IATI (Institute Of Accounting Technicians In Ireland) or equivalent qualifications such as part qualified accountant.Work Experience;
A minimum 5 years full-time (or equivalent) work experience within a busy finance department/accounts office.Essential Experience;
Balance sheet nominal account reconciliations (Pensions, PAYE, VAT etc)
Processing of VAT returns (UK)
Processing fee notes to clients
Knowledge of intercompany transactions
Bank reconciliations & familiarity of on-line banking
Use of computerized finance systems & document management systemsDesirable Experience;
Processing of payroll (ROI)
Processing of VAT returns (ROI) and completion of annual declarations
Experience of Sage Line 50/Line 200
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
