Kari

Kari originally joined TODD’s in 2003, and after a “spell away”, she came back to the practice as an Associate in 2018.

Kari has worked across a range of sectors and project types, but has spent most of her career in the fields of acute and primary healthcare. She has been directly involved with many of the practice’s most critically acclaimed buildings in the sector, including leading the multi-award winning Belfast Health and Wellbeing Centres.

She excels in the field of brief development, working closely with clients to take aspirations, requirements and accommodation schedules into reality. She has a meticulous attention to detail, a characteristic critical in healthcare design to ensure projects are fully coordinated and information provision is completed in a comprehensive manner.

She is presently leading one of the practice’s healthcare teams, focusing on a major inner city residential care neighbourhood development at Grangegorman in Dublin and is Framework Manager of the practice’s engagements with the Western Health and Social Care Trust at Altnagelvin Hospital.

Her role as Associate extends into researching emerging issues and trends in the healthcare sector.

Outside the practice Kari’s served on the RSUA Council for four years and is presently Honorary Secretary of the society.
