Peter Minnis

Peter joined TODD’s in 1994.

He was initially largely responsible for the practice establishing its reputation across the education sector and led it’s design unit in the field.

His experience has broadened over his career to include the successful design and delivery of projects across the public and private sectors, ranging from modest fit-outs, to major Grade A office developments and complex healthcare masterplans. In recent years Peter has got increasingly engaged in large scale multi-unit residential developments, often incorporating Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).

Peter has developed an in-depth knowledge and appreciation of differing procurement and delivery models and their appropriateness or otherwise to particular commissions.

Peter’s management duties extend to include directing the practice’s London office and in 2020 he was instrumental in establishing its new Manchester studio. He also maintains a responsibility for companywide business promotion and marketing.

Peter is presently engaged in a number of interesting urban design and regeneration commissions including the re-visioning town and city centres and repurposing of shopping centres.
