Refurbishment of a disused factory into a state of the art production facility with associated office amenities. The offices comprise ground floor ‘front-of-house’ client areas for meeting and presenting (including a demo-kitchen area) with first floor ancillary office space.

The offices provide support for the 1750m² production facilities to the rear and the associated country wide delivery and distribution of their products.

The portal frame structure afforded the opportunity to strip out the existing cellular accommodation with ease and provide a series of simple connected open plan spaces.
