The practice was retained by local developer Unity, to explore the opportunity of bringing forward a residential development on brownfield lands at the junction of Bryan Street and Brewery Street, in central Stoke.
The seventy three home development proposed comprises a part five, part five storey apartment building and a terrace of fourteen townhouses.
The scheme negotiates the site’s challenging topography, with a stepped massing to the apartments, which allows the creation of a large residents garden.
Both the apartments and townhouses will be made from deep red brick framing generous windows to the interiors.
