The Financial Services Campus occupies a key location within Titanic Quarter and will offer 550,000sqft of Grade A office accommodation.
It comprises a series of four buildings, which step in height from six to twelve storeys, arranged around a raised landscape courtyard, that sits above a basement car park. The building’s are designed to offer the flexibility to attract individual or multiple tenant, on a block by block or floor by floor basis, or over connected blocks and floors.
