Fintech Fit-out, Belfast

TODD Architects worked with Danske Bank on the delivery and development of the fit out of their Donegall Square West based branch, which was interior designed by I-AM. This particular Danske branch is unique in that it also accommodates Catalyst Belfast Fintech Hub. This is Belfast’s first dedicated Fintech co-working space. It is located on the ground floor of the Danske Bank’s city centre headquarters in a specially designed space next to the bank’s flagship public bank floor.

Following an in-depth staff consultation process, TODD Architects delivered a concept which considered a consciously ergonomic, contemporary and multi-functional workplace / public use space which meets the current needs of the staff and the public, offering a balance of open-plan meeting areas, private consultation booths and the dedicated Catalyst Belfast Fintech hub space at the rear of the branch floor.

TODD Architects met Danske’s brief criteria which outlined the specification of fresh, attractive, contemporary materials and finishes which would offer durability and flexibility in usage, while also creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for Danske’s clientele.
