Pottery Lane is a major PRS build to rent residential development comprising some 511 units, on the banks of the River Tyne in Newcastle.
The buildings are laid out in two plots, arranged around landscaped courtyards.
Each phase comprises a mix of apartment types including studios, 1 and 2 bed apartments aimed at the young professional market, designed with a generous amount of communal amenity space -which plays an integral part of the architecture.
The proposals will also contribute to a significant upgrade of the public realm, creating a welcoming pedestrian environment along Pottery Lane.
The project has received planning approved with enabling works having commenced at site.
