Project Endeavour Distribution Centre, Naas

The practice was commissioned by a London based developer to prepare proposals for a major new Irish distribution centre for a leading multi-national clothing retailer.

The 500,000sqft facility is located on a greenfield site, on zoned industrial land near Naas, Co. Kildare. It will be the retailers first fully automated centre, where close collaboration with their in-house technical team has been critical.

Their storey requirements placed particular demands on building height, necessitating careful negotiations with the local planning office.

BIM modelling has been a critical tool in looking to integrate the building shell with the tenants equipment fit-out.
