The proposed re-development of Swiss Cottage provides significant frontage on to Swords Road and Schoolhouse Lane. The development will consist of 115 build to rent apartments, with associated residential facilities including lounges, gym, shared office space and a series of external landscaped spaces.
The ground floor will also include a number of commercial spaces for restaurants and cafes. The scheme consists of two large blocks planned around a central courtyard. The blocks will rise to 5 storeys and will include a number of external landscaped spaces on the upper levels.
